Q: Who do I call if I have a question about my bill?
A: Please contact the Billing Department at Westshore Primary Care Associates at 440-617-1823 between 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is at 26908 Detroit Road, Suite 301, Westlake, Ohio 44145.
Q: How do I find out if you accept my insurance?
A: You can always contact your insurance company, but we can help, too. Feel free to call our billing office at 440-617-1823, extension 66406, and ask to speak with our credentialing department. They will be happy to answer your questions about the plans accepted by our physicians. Click for a list of insurance companies that we currently contract with.
Q: Will you bill my insurance company or do I have to do that myself?
A: Westshore Primary Care will submit your claim to your insurance company provided you supply us with your current insurance information at the time of your office visit. We will do this for primary insurance as well as any secondary insurance.
Q: Can you help me if I have no insurance?
A: Yes, Westshore Primary Care has a policy in place to help you if you have no insurance or if you have a large balance that you need assistance with. Please contact our billing office directly at 440-617-1823 or ask your physician's staff. They can provide you with the details and the necessary paperwork.
Q: What do I bring to my appointment?
A: Please bring your insurance card, list of current medication lists/doses to each visit. All co-payments and past due balances are due and payable at the time of service.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Discover and Visa.
