Westshore Primary Care is committed to providing you and your family with the best possible care. If you have health insurance, we will help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. Always bring your current insurance card with you to all appointments. New or prospective patients should check our list of accepted insurance carriers and confirm that the practice is in-network by contacting their insurance company or by calling our billing office at 440-617-1823, extension, 66406.

We will collect your co-payment at the time of service. (We accept cash, personal checks as well as MasterCard, Discover and Visa cards.) If you have no insurance or need help with a large balance, Westshore Primary Care has a policy in place to help. Please contact our billing office or ask your physician's staff members for details and the necessary paperwork.

We participate with Medicare, accept Medicare assignment, and will bill Medicare for you. If you have supplemental insurance please bring that information with you to your appointment. You may be responsible for a portion of your charges such as Medicare deductible and co-insurance.

It is important for you to become familiar with the details of your insurance plans and fully understand its benefits. The quickest and most accurate way to answer any questions regarding coverage, benefits, eligibility or fees is to contact your insurance company or benefits administrator directly. That phone number is often found on the back of your insurance card and many insurance carriers now allow access to some information through secure websites.
