Easy Online Bill Pay

The first step to start paying your bills online is to wait for a paper statement. In order to sign up for your Patient Portal, you’re going to need some information that will be on your next statement, including your individualized Client ID and account numbers. Once you get a statement in the mail, you can use these numbers to create your own Patient Portal account.

Your Patient Portal can be accessed a couple of different ways:

Your statement will also include the correct URL in case you forget. Once you’ve clicked your way onto your Patient Portal, you’ll be prompted to create an account with your Client ID and account numbers. It’s important to note that your Client ID includes “.co1” (note: that’s a “one,” not the letter “l”) and that you should use those characters along with the rest of your ID number.

Go Paperless with Online Medical Bill Statements

You may need a paper statement to first sign up for your Patient Portal, but that doesn’t mean that you have to continue getting paper statements. Patients are able opt for paperless billing and sign up for online statements through https://1926-1.portal.athenahealth.com/

Once you go paperless, you won’t have to worry about waiting for bills in the mail or having to remember where you put the statement before you wanted to pay it. Paperless billing lets you store all of that info online so that you can access it from your email before you head to your Patient Portal.
