David Tolentino, D.O.

Internal Medicine

A graduate of Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, David L. Tolentino, DO, received his Bachelor's degree from Case Western Reserve University. He completed his internship and residency at St. John Medical Center where he serves as an advisor to the Graduate Medical Education, and a member of the internal medicine residency program steering committee.

Dr. Tolentino is actively involved in the community as well. As Medical Director at Westlake Village, he sees residents on premises for their convenience and is also Medical Director at RaeAnn Suburban nursing facility.

Board certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Tolentino also performs thallium and adenosine stress tests for his patients.
